Philosophy

Architecture design driven by the dynamics of people
and their interaction with space.

We spend our time in Shanghai, China

The boys were true savages, possessing only the cruel
humor of the savage. To them the incident was excruciatingly funny, and they burst into loud laughter. Hoo-Hoo danced up and down, while Edwin rolled gleefully on the ground. The boy with the goats came running to join in the fun.

Efficiency, not waste

Passepartout was on the point of vigorously resenting the epithet, the reason of
which he could not for the life of him comprehend; but he reflected that the unfortunate Fix was
probably very much disappointed and humiliated in his self-esteem, after having so awkwardly
followed a false scent around the world, and refrained.

Keep them up to the last possible moment.
Let the valves be filled.

People first, form second

I shall not weary you with the details of that bitter and galling flight. How we traveled at a
dogged run until we dropped in our tracks. How we were beset by strange and terrible beasts. How
we barely escaped the cruel fangs of lions and tigers the size of which would dwarf into pitiful insignificance the greatest felines of the outer world.

Architecture is a visual art, and the buildings
speak for themselves.

Emotion via design

The work at the incubator was short indeed. The warriors tore open the entrance and a couple of
them, crawling in, soon demolished all the eggs with their short-swords. Then remounting we dashed back to join the cavalcade. During the ride I took occasion to ask Tars Tarkas if these Warhoons whose eggs
we had destroyed were a smaller people than his Tharks.

We shape our buildings;
thereafter they shape us.

Phutra as possible. Ghak was leading us to his own land.

Architecture should speak

of its time and place, but yearn

for timelessness.

Good buildings come from good people, and all problems are solved by good design.
